What confirmed means
Any venue can add itself to this directory, and an unconfirmed listing is the venue describing itself — not our endorsement. A confirmed marker means For the Curious has direct experience of the place and will vouch for it. The difference is explained further in the FAQ.
Accessibility
Venue listings record step-free entry, accessible and gender-neutral restrooms, parking and hearing loops wherever we know them. That information is genuinely hard to find and people need it to decide whether a night is possible for them. If you run a venue, please fill it in honestly — an accurate no is far more useful than an optimistic yes.
